Effective date: June 15, 2026
Last updated: June 15, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Henos Prayer Times mobile application, related content, and any connected support pages or services (collectively, the "Application"), provided by Henos Digital (the "Owner", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, Users acknowledge and accept these Terms. If a User does not agree with these Terms, that User must stop using the Application.
What the User should know at a glance
- Henos Prayer Times is a digital informational tool designed to help Users follow prayer times, qibla direction, religious calendar information, reminders, and related features.
- Prayer times, qibla direction, and reminders depend on device settings, permissions, sensors, selected methods, and third-party data sources, and may not always match local official or religious authority timings.
- Some features require internet access, device permissions, or third-party services in order to work properly.
- The Application may include advertising.
- Henos Prayer Times Premium is available as Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions that currently provide only Ad-Free Experience.
- These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after an update means the revised Terms are accepted.
TERMS OF USE
### About the Application
Depending on the User's device, region, permissions, and selected settings, the Application may provide some or all of the following features:
- prayer time display and next-prayer countdown
- location-based or manually selected city prayer calculations
- qibla direction tools
- religious days and Hijri calendar content
- missed-prayer tracking and progress features
- prayer reminders and notifications
- advertising
- optional Premium subscription access for Ad-Free Experience
The Owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue specific features at any time, subject to applicable law.
Subscriptions
Henos Prayer Times Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered in Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans. All plans provide the same current Premium benefit: Ad-Free Experience. Premium does not currently unlock additional prayer times, qibla direction, religious calendar, or missed-prayer tracking features.
Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and automatically renew unless cancelled through Apple before renewal. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and currency are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by country or region. Payment is charged to the User's Apple ID account by Apple. Henos Digital does not store or process payment card information.
Users must manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the Application does not cancel a subscription. Users can restore purchases in the Application through the Restore Purchases option.
After cancellation, Premium access may remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless Apple provides another outcome. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple and are handled according to Apple's policies and applicable consumer law.
### Accuracy of prayer times, qibla, and notifications
The Application is provided as a convenience and reference tool. Prayer times, qibla direction, and notifications may vary because of:
- device clock settings
- location precision or denied permissions
- compass calibration and sensor limitations
- selected prayer calculation methods
- internet or network delays
- third-party data provider availability
- operating system restrictions affecting notifications
For that reason, Users should verify critical religious timing information through trusted local or official sources when exact accuracy is required.
### Eligibility and permitted use
Users may use the Application only in compliance with applicable law and only for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless the Owner expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Users may not:

- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Application or related systems
- infringe the Owner's rights or any third-party rights
If the User is under the age required to enter into a binding contract under applicable law, the User may use the Application only with appropriate permission or supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
### Device permissions and local storage
The Application may request access to certain device capabilities, including:
- location access, for prayer time and qibla features
- notification permissions, for prayer reminders and alerts
- motion or compass-related device functionality, where needed for qibla tools
Granting these permissions is optional, but some features may be limited or unavailable without them.
The Application may also store settings, feature preferences, and certain user-generated or app-generated data locally on the User's device in order to provide functionality and improve continuity of use.
