Detailed Information on the Processing of Personal Data
### 1. Location Data
If you allow location access, the Application may use your device location to calculate prayer times more accurately and support qibla-related features.
- Location permission is optional.
- If you do not grant location access, you can still use the Application by selecting a city manually.
- Based on the current implementation, location data is primarily used on-device for app functionality and local storage of your selected location.
- We do not state that precise location is stored on our own servers unless and until the Application adds such server-side processing.
### 2. Notifications
If you enable notifications, the Application may schedule local prayer reminders on your device. This may include your notification preferences such as:
- whether notifications are enabled
- whether sound is enabled
- whether vibration is enabled
- how many minutes before prayer an early notification should be sent
These settings are used to configure reminders and are typically stored locally on your device.
### 3. Analytics
The Application uses Firebase Analytics to understand usage patterns, app performance, and feature adoption.
Examples of analytics-related data may include:
- screen views
- interaction events
- language and country code
- ad consent status
We use this information to improve the Application, monitor product quality, and understand how features are used.
### 4. Crash Reporting and Diagnostics
The Application uses Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and technical diagnostics. Crash reporting may include:
- crash logs and stack traces
- technical device and app context
- limited diagnostic metadata
- error severity, category, and related troubleshooting context
Based on the current implementation, crash collection can be gated by user-enabled settings and production environment rules.
### 5. Advertising
The Application may display ads through Google AdMob or related advertising infrastructure.
Advertising-related processing may involve:
- mobile advertising identifiers such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA, where available
- usage data related to ad loading, impressions, and clicks
- consent status and personalization preferences
The Application may request or infer ad consent status through the mobile ads consent flow. Depending on your region, device, and consent choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or not requested.
You may also be able to limit ad personalization through your device settings.
Subscriptions
Henos Prayer Times Premium is offered as Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions for iOS. All Premium plans currently unlock the same benefit: Ad-Free Experience. Premium does not currently unlock additional prayer times, qibla direction, religious calendar, or missed-prayer tracking features.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, validate purchases, maintain entitlement state, and support purchase restoration. Subscription-related data may include App Store transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal or expiration information, purchase history metadata, app user identifiers, device and app information, and diagnostic events needed for subscription support.
Apple processes payment and billing information through the Apple App Store. Henos Digital does not receive, store, or process full payment card details.
Active Premium status is used to remove advertisements in the Application. You can restore purchases through the in-app Restore Purchases option. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies and applicable law.
### 6. Local Storage and App Preferences
The Application stores certain data locally on your device so it can function properly and remember your preferences. This may include:
- selected language and theme
- chosen location or saved city
- notification settings
- missed-prayer tracking data and progress
- monetization consent status
- store compliance acknowledgements and app preferences
